Admissions


*** All initial inquiries are directed first to the office of the Guidance Center.
 
STEP 1
Go to the Registrar’s office and ask for the following:

  • List of Requirements
  • Endorsement for Baseline Assessment

Pay the Baseline Assessment fee of P500 at the Cashier’s office
Proceed to Step 2

STEP 2
Go to the Guidance office and do the following:

    • Take the Baseline Assessment procedure
    • Wait for the result of the Baseline Assessment

Proceed to Step 3

STEP 3
Go back to the Registrar’s office and do the following:

    • Ask for Enrollment form with Parent’s Interview Questionnaire
    • Fill up the form and Answer the Questionnaire
    • Ask for the order of payments

Proceed to Step 4

STEP 4
Go to the Cashier’s office and do the following:

  • Present the order of payments
  • Select mode of payments
  • Make a payment for tuition fees, books, uniforms, and other fees based on the mode of payment chosen
  • After making a payment ask for the ADMISSION CARD
